Services & pricing

Dispatch support built around your equipment.

We help US owner-operators and small carriers find and book loads. You approve every load before you take it.

What we do

The work behind each load.

Load finding

We search for loads that fit your equipment, lanes, timing, and preferences.

From you: current location, available date, equipment details, and lanes you will consider.

Rate negotiation

We contact brokers and negotiate the rate and load details before bringing you the option.

From you: your minimum requirements and approval before booking.

Broker setup

We help with broker communication and the setup information needed for a load.

From you: accurate carrier, authority, insurance, and payment information.

Paperwork and invoicing support

We help organize rate confirmations and load paperwork so the next step is clear.

From you: signed documents, delivery paperwork, and any documents your broker requires.

Route and load planning

We can discuss pickup, delivery, timing, and the next load so your plan is easier to follow.

From you: realistic driving availability and any route limits.

Pricing

Two clear ways to pay.

Choose the option that makes sense for your weekly operation. We will confirm the details before work begins.

$250 per week flat

$250/week

This can suit a carrier who wants a predictable dispatch cost from week to week.

Ask about flat pricing

Example only

If weekly gross is $5,000, 7% is $350. This is a hypothetical example, not a guarantee of earnings or a quote for your operation.

Be clear before you start

What's not included

  • We do not own or operate your truck.
  • You remain responsible for your authority, insurance, permits, equipment, safety, compliance, fuel, repairs, and driver decisions.
  • We do not guarantee a load, rate, revenue amount, lane, or number of miles.
  • Every load still needs your approval before it is booked.

Start with a trial

One week first. Then decide.

1

Before the trial

Send your MC number, equipment type, contact details, and the information needed to discuss broker setup.

2

During the 1-week trial

We work on load finding, broker communication, rate negotiation, and paperwork support. You approve every load.

3

After the trial

If you want to continue, dispatch moves to a written dispatch agreement. Agreement length and notice terms are to be discussed after the trial.

Agreement: the written agreement will set out the dispatch service, pricing, responsibilities, and ending or notice terms. Final terms must be confirmed before publication.
